Full House for our 1st Lunch & Learn for 2025!

Special thanks to F&M Trust for providing Karen Metz, the Assistant Vice President, Greencastle Branch, to provide tips on how to avoid financial scams and identity theft to the members of the surrounding communities, who visited Heritage earlier today.

The hour-long seminar and Q&A flew by as Karen provided a wealth of information on common scams, as well as up and coming ones, including Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) generated theft. She educated the audience on warning signs of when your Identity may have been compromised, imposter scams, medical identity theft, as well as step by step what to do when your information has been compromised.

Becky Hissong, owner and executive director of Heritage, announced the next Lunch & Learn in the 2025 Series, which will occur on May 7th, with Pharmacist Dr. Jason Davis, from Care Options RX, speaking on “DEPRESCRIBING: A Pharmacist’s Perspective on Using Less”.
