Heritage offers an ideal living choice for older adults who need caring assistance. Our attentive staff offers as much or as little assistance as residents need on a daily basis. Caregivers are always available to help with everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, managing medications and ensuring nutritional meals. Residents may choose a spacious private or companion room. Both, offer the comfort and convenience of home in a secure homelike setting. Heritage has an outstanding personal care staff that is ready to meet resident’s needs. Each staff member is dedicated to our residents’ wellbeing and personalized care.

What We Offer
Bathing and Personal Hygiene Assistance
Our well-trained staff will assist, cue, and encourage bathing and personal hygiene as needed. Dressing assistance, continence care, transferring, and ambulation are all part of our personal care program. To meet the specific needs of our residents, we are committed to assessing each resident to develop an individualized care plan. This care plan is reviewed on a yearly basis, as well as anytime levels of care may change.
Home Cooked Meals
We provide three heart healthy meals per day. Special diets are available as prescribed. Snacks and refreshments are provided.
Medication Management
Our well-trained staff ensure that medications are given as prescribed and filled by our house pharmacy which provides daily deliveries. Staff will coordinate medication management and changes with the resident’s physician.
Scheduling of Medical Appointments and Transportation
Our friendly staff will assist in the scheduling of medical appointments and arranging transportation. We provide transportation to medical appointments within a 10 mile radius. Arrangements can be made for transportation for longer distances.
Housekeeping/Laundry
Weekly housekeeping and laundry services are provided. Daily bed making and turndown services are available.
Specialized Medical Services
The following services are available: Podiatrist Care, In house X-ray and laboratory services, and Emergency Alert system.
Activities
A calendar of daily activities is provided for residents who are encouraged to socialize with their neighbors. Family and friends are encouraged to join in and enjoy activities with our family.
